Emmanuel Dubois came to America with a dream, the American Dream, to open his own restaurant and share his passion for cooking. Emmanuel met his wife Meaghan while working at a restaurant on the South Shore.

A Family Tradition Since 2014

In December of 2009, the young family strolled through the streets of the Medieval town of Dijon where Emmanuel attended Culinary School. All through the town were tiny arrows with owls on them pointing the young couple toward “La Chouette.” Local legend says if one places their left hand on “La Chouette” while making a wish, it's sure to come true. Meaghan made a wish, a wish for a baby. Their son Andrew was born 8 months and 23 days later.

When the family returned to France in February 2011, visiting “La Chouette” was one of the first things to see. This time Meaghan made two wishes, one for a baby girl and the other for a restaurant of their own. Celine “CeCe” was born less than a year later and they are thrilled to be able to share their family's love of food with you.

  • In 2014 and 2015, CeCe's Pizza and Catering received the Pizza Palooza "Best Pizza" award. 
  • Voted on Reader's Award 2015 with an honorable mention for best catering in Weymouth.
